GeoStorm provides an AI search visibility platform that uses 7 specialized AI agents to monitor, analyze, and optimize your brand's presence across AI engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. The Service includes brand monitoring, citability scoring, crawler inspection, schema generation, llms.txt management, content optimization, and platform-specific optimization.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, GEO Score methodology, and content, is owned by GeoStorm and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (domains, brand information, content). You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
If your plan includes API access, you agree to use the API within the rate limits specified in your plan. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. We may revoke API access if we detect abuse or excessive usage.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
AI engine behavior changes frequently and is outside our control. GeoStorm provides visibility and recommendations, not guaranteed outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoStorm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to GeoStorm in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeoStorm and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through dashboard settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through binding arbitration if negotiation fails.
